The demand for the Department of Psychology is increasing every year due to being a branch of science that studies human behavior and mental processes, increasing need for the Department of Psychology in the modernizing world, being a department that touches human life and ensuring a direct career following graduation, and providing the opportunity to specialize at the graduate level with sub-branches such as Clinical Psychology, Cognitive / Psycholinguistics, Developmental / Child, Educational / School, Experimental, Human Development / Family Studies.

In this department, the psychology of people exposed to the multidimensional dynamics of modern life will be supported, the scientific contribution made by Turkish scientists to the international Psychology literature will be increased, qualified personnel to be employed in Psychology departments in applied fields will be trained, and the number of experts in the field will be increased in our country by paving the way for specialization with sub-specialties.

By cooperating with the Medicana Health Group of Fenerbahçe University, students in Psychology Department will be able to gain practical experience, and their experiences during their studentship may turn into job opportunities. Through the connections of Fenerbahçe Sports Club, students will have the opportunity to get to know and experience different institutions and with the support of Fenerbahçe University's international academic staff, students will be able to follow international publications and conferences.
