Providing health services in an effective, efficient and quality manner is possible with the multidisciplinary studies of professionals who have been educated in different fields of health in line with a common goal. As the Faculty of Health Sciences, we are aiming to train health professionals that protect and improve the health of the individual, family and society, tune into developments and changes, serve at the level of ethical principles and standards, contribute to the profession by taking responsibility in education, management and research, develop individual career, and adopt lifelong learning as a principle.
The education system of our faculty is based on a constantly developing institutional understanding which is able to look at the problems from a broad perspective, closely follows current developments in the field of science, and adopts total quality management in education.
In our faculty, besides the theoretical knowledge given under the guidance of young, dynamic and expert faculty members in the field, the high-level education is given to our students in our laboratories equipped with up-to-date technology, and professional practices are carried out free of charge at Medicana Health Group Hospitals.
Stemming from our strong infrastructure and firm support from higher administration, our Faculty is confident in growing qualified health professionals. We also keep taking solid steps by broadening our focus with fresh programs. Besides our existing Nutrition and Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing departments, additional programs that are Midwifery and Ergotherapy were launched as of our 2nd year. Ultimately we are glad to welcome our students in our new programs; i.e., Speech and Language Therapy, English Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, English Nursing Departments by this academic year.
Our University and Faculty, which is the continuation of the 114-year Fenerbahce sports, cultural and educational heritage, has gained an identity that is preferred with its future-oriented face, constantly on the agenda, followed and rapidly rising.
