As of February 28, 2022, FBU will mostly switch to face-to-face education and synchronously / asynchronously online education.
Within this context;
1. It has been decided that education mainly will be face-to-face. When necessary, with the decision of academic units, online platforms will be used.
2.It has been decided that the decisions of academic units this will be announced on the web pages of departments and programs.
3. It has been decided that applied courses (laboratory, practice, project, workshop, small group, etc.) will be conducted face-to-face, alternately or with less students in classes, when necessary, with the decision of the academic units.
4. The foreign language preparatory program and TÖMER trainings will be face-to-face and online on certain days, when necessary, with the decision of the academic units.
5. It has been decided that the teaching management systems, teaching platforms, live broadcast and video recording facilities used in our classrooms will continue to be available to our students and allowing our students to follow their education activities from outside the campus.
6. Attendance will be taken in face-to-face and on online courses.
7. Midterm and end-of-term exams will be conducted face-to-face. With the decision of academic units, online platforms will be used when necessary.
8. The campus as 08.00 – 22.00 during the day, including weekends, when necessary, will be in use for face-to-face and online education activities.
9. Academic and administrative staff, students, other employees, and visitors will enter the campus with the HES code, checking the COVID-19 vaccine cards.
10. Students who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 or who have not reported their vaccination status to the University should enter the campus by following the mask, distance and hygiene rules with a PCR test with a negative result at most 72 hours ago and follow the lessons.
11. It has been decided to strictly comply with the mask, distance, and hygiene conditions in closed places.
