Applications can be submitted in person at the Student Affairs Directorate or online at https://ois.fbu.edu.tr/ogrenciler/yataygecisbasvuru/form. Applications sent by mail or courier will not be accepted.
Important Information Regarding Application Procedures:
- Applications for the 2024-2025 Fall semester can be made for associate degree and bachelor's degree programs based on both the central placement score and GPA.
- Students who registered based on the special talent exam results can apply based on their central placement score. However, applications to programs that accept students via the special talent exam are not allowed.
Conditions for Central Placement Score Based Applications
If the central placement score of the student in the year they enrolled is equal to or higher than the base score of the diploma program they wish to transfer to, the student can apply for a transfer based on their central placement score, including the preparatory class.
Conditions for Inter-Institutional Transfer Applications
Inter-institutional transfers are conducted between equivalent diploma programs of higher education institutions at the same level. For an inter-institutional transfer, the student must have a cumulative GPA of at least 60 out of 100 (2.29 out of 4) for the completed semesters of their current program. Applications are evaluated by considering the candidate's cumulative GPA and at least 40% of their ÖSYS/YKS score from the year they were registered to higher education in the relevant score type of the program. Applications can be made for the 3rd semester of associate degree programs and the 3rd and 5th semesters of bachelor's degree programs.
Conditions for Intra-Institutional Transfer Applications
Intra-institutional transfer procedures are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions".
Conditions for Transfer Applications from Abroad
Transfer procedures from abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 14 of the "Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions".

- Medical report stating "No objection to studying at the Faculty of Sports Sciences" (will be requested during final registration)
- Document stating that the candidates who will apply from evening education programs to first education programs with a grade point average are in the 10% bracket
