Dear Prospective Students and Their Families,

As Fenerbahçe University Faculty of Pharmacy, we invite you to the exciting world of the pharmacy profession. I would like to state that we are honored to serve you and the pharmacy profession with the staff of our faculty, which was established in 2021, combining young, dynamic, and experienced academicians.

Thanks to our university's solid foundations and strong infrastructure, we have prepared and continue to develop the educational platform you need to become the future pharmacists. With the pride and self-confidence of having two academics who are among the most influential scientists at Stanford University, we closely follow current scientific developments and keep our education program up-to-date with the support of our sectoral stakeholders. Thanks to our simulation pharmacy and our collaboration with the drug and pharmaceutical industry, our students will have the opportunity to gain professional experience before they graduate.

We conduct interdisciplinary research with our internal, external, and international partners in various areas, from the basic pharmaceutical sciences to professional pharmaceutical sciences. In addition to our existing laboratories, our students will be able to actively participate in scientific research and find the opportunity to improve themselves with our new Research and Development (R&D) laboratories to be completed shortly.

Being a student at our faculty means not only studying but also socializing, making new friends, and improving yourself. A full university life awaits you with our university's vibrant student clubs and activities. You can improve yourself both academically and socially in our faculty, which has fulfilled the Minimum Requirements for the Start and Continuation of Education and Training in Pharmacy Programs determined by the Higher Education Institution.

If we look at the areas where the pharmacy profession is practiced; it will be seen that there are a wide range of job opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry such as R&D, quality assurance, licensing and patenting, pharmacovigilance, business development, product management, clinical research, medical department, as well as hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, public pharmacy and community pharmacies. In addition, the concept of entrepreneurial pharmacy, where pharmacists, who are the most competent professional group in every field from drug design to development, production, quality control, marketing, and delivery to the patient, can create their own products and brands in the future, is also a rising value. Our biggest dream is to see you as professionals who have a say in all areas of pharmacy and decision-making mechanisms and whose opinions will be consulted in the future.
