Fenerbahçe University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yıldırım Üçtuğ, Director of International Relations Mustafa Kemal Yeğen and international students came together to discuss the problems and solutions faced by international students.

The meeting focused on the potential problems faced by international students during their academic and social adaptation processes at Fenerbahçe University. These problems included language barriers, cultural differences, academic challenges, legal procedures and social isolation.

In his speech at the meeting, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yıldırım Üçtuğ emphasized that the University is striving to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yıldırım Üçtuğ said: 'Our international students are valuable individuals who bring different perspectives and richness to our campus. It is very important for us that they are academically and socially successful and feel at home at Fenerbahçe University.'

Also at the meeting, international student representatives voiced their problems and solutions. Students expressed their need for more support, especially in terms of language support, scholarship opportunities and legal procedures.

Fenerbahçe University is determined to take the necessary steps to solve all these problems of international students. In line with the decisions taken at the meeting, services and programs for international students will be further developed and work in this area will continue uninterrupted.

Fenerbahçe University will continue to offer all international students an environment where they will feel the warmth and support of their families even when they are away from home.
