- All documents to be uploaded to the application system must be in PDF format.
- Mobility activities within the scope of this announcement are limited to the duration of the 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000054480 project, and Erasmus+ student mobility for studies covers the academic year 2022-2023.
- After the final placement results are announced; Until the completion of the signing process of the annual contribution agreement between the European Union and Turkey and then the grant agreement is signed between our University and the Turkish National Agency and the grants are transferred to the account of our University, the students who want to participate in the mobility in the meantime must bear all the financial consequences that may arise from the fact that the grant agreement between the University and the National Agency has not been signed yet.
- You should definitely check the last nomination deadline, application deadline, courses to be offered and their contents, as well as the required documents (language certificate, etc.) of the university you prefer or are placed in. At the same time, universities can make changes in their application conditions and admission requirements. For this reason, it is the responsibility of the candidates to follow the information about the application conditions of the preferred university. You should examine the web page of the institution you plan to choose in detail.
- Placements will be made in institutions whose nomination & application deadline for the fall semester to spring semester.
- Being placed in one of the preferred universities does not guarantee that you will receive an acceptance letter from the host university and does not mean that the host institution will accept you. The counterparty has the right to refuse mobility.
- The right to participate in Erasmus+ student mobility for one academic year cannot be transferred to another academic year.

- Before the online application process starts, an information meeting will be held, and the relevant meeting date will be announced to you. In addition, the application guide will be announced. - Applications will be received through the https://portal.ua.gov.tr system between 18 May and 02 June 2022. The online application system will close on Thursday, June 02, 2022 at 00:00.
- All the procedures during the application period will be carried out within the following calendar.

ERASMUS+ INTER-INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENTS
Students can only choose the institutions that the departments/programs have agreements with and can do mobility in these institutions. You can reach the list of inter-institutional agreements and quotas from the link below. The list of inter-institutional agreements can be updated until the online application system is opened. For this reason, it is important for students to check this list regularly.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
1. Students who will apply for Erasmus+ student mobility for studies must meet the following conditions at the application stage.
- Being a full-time student enrolled in a department/program at the associate, undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Continuing education for at least one semester at the associate and undergraduate levels.
- Graduate students who did not have a GPA in the program they were enrolled in at the time of application can apply with their previous undergraduate or graduate grade point averages, provided that they present a document.
- For the application, the current GPA must be at least 2.20/4.00 at the associate and undergraduate levels and at least 2.50/4.00 at the graduate level.
2. Double major students can apply to the Erasmus+ exchange program for one of the two majors in one application period and participate in the mobility.
3. Research assistants must have received written approval from the relevant unit manager at the time of application.
4. Students of English and Turkish language preparation programs and scientific preparation programs cannot apply to Erasmus+ exchange programs.
5. Students who have frozen their registration cannot perform study mobility during the period when their registration is frozen. However, an application for mobility can be made during the registration period.
6. In order for master's and doctorate students with thesis who have not completed their credit or non-credit course load in graduate programs to benefit from Erasmus + exchange programs, the decision of the Institute's board of directors is required with the positive opinion of the student's thesis advisor and the head of the relevant department.
7. If the courses to be taken within the scope of Erasmus+ student mobility for studies are taught in a language other than English, the student must know and document the relevant language at the minimum level determined by the receiving institution.
8. Within the same education level (undergraduate, graduate, doctorate) of a student, as an Erasmus Mundus scholarship holder or as an Erasmus+ student mobility period in the 2014-2020 Erasmus+ period and in the new Erasmus+ period (2021-2027), a total of 12 months cannot pass. Even if a grant is not given, the total duration of student mobility activities (study/internship) held within the same education level cannot exceed 12 months. The total duration is maximum of 24 months in programs in which two stages are combined (such as an integrated doctorate) and in higher education programs in which two stages are completed in a single stage (such as medical education).
9. Erasmus+ exchange programs cannot be benefited from at the following stages of doctoral programs.
a. In the last semester for students who have not taken the doctoral qualifying exam, it is necessary to take the doctoral qualifying exam.
b. In the last semester to be entered in the thesis proposal defense.
c. In the last semester of the maximum duration of the program.
HOW TO APPLY?
In order to apply, you must have an e-devlet password. Applications will be received via e-government authentication via https://portal.ua.gov.tr. The application guide will be announced before the online application system is opened. The application form approved by you and your department/program coordinator and your current transcript will be uploaded to the online application system.

* In addition to combat veterans and their spouses and children, as well as the spouses and children of war martyrs, according to Article 21 of the Anti-Terror Law dated 12/4/1991 and numbered 3713, “public officials perform their duties at home and abroad, even if their titles have been removed. the spouses and children of those who were injured, disabled, killed, or killed as the subject of terrorist acts due to their actions, and the coup attempt on 15 July 2016 and the continuation of this act, pursuant to Article 7 of the Decree Law No. 667 of 23 July 2016. Spouses and children of those who lost their lives due to acts of a nature or civilians who are disabled, and their spouses and children are prioritized if they apply for Erasmus+ student mobility.
**For prioritization, the student must submit the Disability Health Board report included in the "Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults" published in the Official Gazette dated 20 February 2019 and numbered 30692.
***For prioritization, the student must submit a letter from the Ministry of Family and Social Policies stating that there is a protection, care or accommodation decision in accordance with Law No. 2828.
