Erasmus+ Incoming Students

Dear future Erasmus+ incoming students!

We are happy that you are interested in spending your exchange period at Fenerbahçe University (FBU). Please find all necessary information below.

1. Who can become an Erasmus+ incoming student?

To come to FBU as an Erasmus+ incoming student, your home university must sign a formal Inter Institutional Agreement (IIA) with FBU at first. Please contact the coordinator at your home university to learn if such an agreement exists, and if you can be nominated as an Erasmus+ incoming student.

2. How to be nominated as an Erasmus+ incoming student?

The coordinator at your home university has to nominate you for Erasmus+ studies/traineeship at FBU by sending an e-mail to erasmus@fbu.edu.tr before nomination deadline.

The following information of students must be included in the nomination e-mail;

• Erasmus+ ID of the partner institution

• Name and surname

• Email address

• Field of education and subject area code

• Study cycle

• Duration of stay and semester

3. How to apply?

When your home university sends the nomination, you will receive the application instructions.

4. Important dates!

1. 4.1 Nomination deadline
               Autumn Semester: 1 June
               Spring Semester: 1 November

2. 4.2 Application deadline
               Autumn Semester: 1 July

               Spring Semester: 1 December

3. Your coordinator nominates you via e-mail before the nomination deadline.

   You receive an e-mail about how to apply.

   If your application is accepted, we will send you an email and the letter of acceptance after the application deadline.
